“Temiringa” – a two storied iconic stately home offering breath taking panoramic sea views from both levels. Imagine stepping through the front door onto Russell’s picturesque waterfront - enjoy a pre-dinner drink on the deck overlooking peaceful waters of the Bay or perhaps a meal and glass of wine at one of the many restaurants and cafés.
Activities enjoyed in the Bay of Islands are literally at your doorstep - sailing, fishing, island cruising, swimming, beautiful sunsets or just strolling along The Strand.
The top level provides two grand bedrooms, both with four poster beds and spacious ensuites complete with separate showers and baths. French doors open wide onto the veranda. These tastefully decorated rooms are exquisitely furnished for your comfort.
The upper level is also home to an intimate office/library.
On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms each furnished with twin king single beds. Two downstairs bedrooms share a third bathroom – again very spacious.
These rooms also have outdoor flow by way of access through French doors – one to the front veranda – the other to the rear veranda and cobbled courtyard.
A very well equipped farmhouse kitchen, complete with double ovens and dining for eight opens to a private courtyard where one can enjoy a BBQ, plenty of seating and outdoor entertainment.
